Having been with TTEC for over 23 years, he has covered a variety of roles for the organization, including sales, account management, and service operations.
John's current work comprises solution design and development and ongoing support and optimization for our Cisco and Google practice. The professionals on his team include architecture, design, engineering, operations, and customer support functions, all associated with many offerings aligned with today’s top contact center needs. The team spans the globe, providing around-the-clock access to experts in these technologies.
John currently lives in Austin, TX, where he enjoys spending time outdoors on the area’s lakes with family and friends.
