AWS announces more model choice and powerful new capabilities in Amazon Bedrock to securely build and scale generative AI applications

In a press release announcing new Amazon Bedrock capabilities, AWS highlighted TTEC Digital in its roundup of partners using these capabilities to harness the power of generative AI.

Dave Seybold, chief executive officer at TTEC Digital, was quoted:
