Walt brings to the role nearly two decades of strategic legal experience in technology, IP, and governance. Prior to joining TTEC, Walt spent nearly a decade with Blue Yonder (fka JDA Software), a $1B+ supply chain management software and consultancy leader that provides technology solutions to many of TTEC’s larger clients. As Blue Yonder’s deputy GC, he had global responsibilities for go to market legal support including contract center of excellence oversight in India. Before then, Walt was a senior lawyer with a large national law firm, specializing in IP, technology, and corporate transactions; and a software engineer at Lockheed Martin. He holds a JD degree from the University of Arizona and Physics degrees from the University of Texas, in Austin, and James Madison University.
