SELCO Credit Union, one of the largest and oldest financial co-ops based in Oregon, was considering moving their on-prem contact center to the cloud – but first, they needed specific answers. How would the migration affect service to their 143,000 members, both now and in the future?

Over 14 sessions, a dedicated team of solutioning experts guided SELCO through a custom demonstration of the Genesys Cloud platform, introducing different functionalities — including REST APIs, Analytics and Reporting, Architecture, InfoSec teams, Integrations, and TTEC Digital IP — before modeling how these could be used in a Genesys Cloud sandbox environment.
