Alfredo Rizzo

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO for TTEC Digital, Alfredo leads our firm’s strategy and thought leadership across AI and CX technology ecosystems and client industries.

With a 30-year career delivering customer experience (CX) solutions globally at scale, Alfredo guides our solution architecture, software products, client success, and modern managed services teams.  

He began his CX journey in the networking and telecom world in the 1990s and has delivered solutions through each evolutionary step along the way — VoIP, omnichannel, cloud-native contact centers, CRM, analytics, social, and journey orchestration.  He finds this to be an exceptional time to be in the CX industry, as he considers AI to be more disruptive than all previous technological revolutions, and it starts with how organizations (our clients) service their customers.

Alfredo views the next decade as a critical period when organizations will transition to seamlessly integrated human and AI workloads, transforming all aspects of their businesses and ushering in a new era of productivity, innovation, and growth. He feels that TTEC Digital is uniquely positioned to be a catalyst in this evolution, helping our clients navigate this shift with low risk and high agility.
