What does Gen Z want from their employer’s customer relationship management (CRM) system? It turns out, quite a bit. 

DestinationCRM recently interviewed CRM experts – including TTEC Digital’s own David Trzupek – about Gen Z’s must haves for their CRM technology. 

According to Trzupek, new hires expect the CRM to be easy and intuitive to use, and he says management teams concur. “They want new employees to be highly productive without a long tail of training or onboarding,” Trzupek said.

“Remember that new employees are still getting up to speed, so they need the tools at their fingertips to help them effectively serve customers from day one. Customer service agents will quit if they don’t like their CRM.”
