As Global Leader of TTEC Digital’s Experience Transformation practice, Larry Mead leads a global team of Strategists, Experience Designers, Business Architects, Operations Consultants, and Vertical SMEs … all focused on fueling exceptional customer and employee experiences that also deliver real business value. Larry is a principled, results-oriented business leader with expertise in CX strategy, operations excellence, digital engagement, business transformation, and high-performance cultures. He is passionate about seeing customer and employee lives transformed and believes that as we help our clients deliver value in every customer interaction, we are also bringing more humanity, ease, and joy to life. Larry has a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. He is also a graduate of the General Electric Management Program and a Master Black Belt. He lives with his wife near their extended family in Columbus, Ohio. He enjoys several hobbies including music, running, and aviation.
