Prior to her current role, Marcy was a founding member of iKnowtion, an analytics consultancy acquired by TTEC. Marcy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a dual major in Business (Finance) and Economics and an Art minor. Marcy started her career with General Electric and graduated from their Financial Management Program, and also worked for Epsilon as an Analytics Director. Marcy lives in Boston, MA and enjoys travel, fitness, and the ocean.
