Steve Parowski leads the Public Sector Systems Integration practice for TTEC Digital, consisting of Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Program Management for Federal, State, Local, Education (FED/SLED), and Regulated Utilities.

In his 25-year TTEC career, he has been in various engineering, project management, and sales roles; most recently, he championed TTEC’s FedRAMP JAB authorized Humanify contact center CCaaS solution and a parallel Dept of Defense DISA IL4 solution.

In addition, his team of CX professionals also leads, deploys, and supports the most comprehensive contact center solutions in the public sector (FED/SLED) market driving exceptional citizen and constituent experiences.

Before joining TTEC, he was a contact center leader at Ernst & Young LLP’s Center for Technology Enablement Practice. Before that, he was a senior manager at Verizon, leading voice and data engineering and operations throughout Pennsylvania.

Steve has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (Pennsylvania) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering University of Delaware.
