He is a three-time Microsoft Dynamics MVP and has contributed to multiple award-winning, Microsoft-based solutions that have driven both innovation and impact.

In his current role as Global Microsoft Practice Lead at TTEC Digital, Ross focuses on customer experience transformation, working with clients and partners to harness emerging trends and technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, AI, Azure, and Modern Workplace.

Outside of work, Ross is passionate about family and the outdoors. He is often found navigating trails as an avid mountain biker, capturing his son’s sports moments through the lens, or participating in a variety of sports with his family.
