As leader of TTEC Digital’s Salesforce practice, Amelia is responsible for driving excellence in deployment across the client and customer lifecycle. By applying a design-first methodology and deep expertise in service, automation, AI, and analytics, she helps organizations unlock greater value from their existing technology.
