Brad is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in professional services, customer experience (CX), consulting and technology management. In his various leadership roles at Eventus Solutions Group, Aspect Software, Performance Technology Partners, and Nuance Communications, he has driven innovation and business growth across professional services and CX technology.

As the leader of worldwide enterprise professional services and sales for the NICE CXone practice, Brad oversees global implementations, sales strategy, and company growth initiatives. He is responsible for the full P&L and budget management of Global Professional Services and Sales, ensuring seamless execution of NICE CXone solutions and ongoing support for clients worldwide.

Brad enjoys fishing, staying active through sports and exercise, and spending time with his wife and three children.
