Heather has been with TTEC Digital for more than a decade. She helps clients make the most of their data and technology with expertise in marketing analytics and customer journey management across diverse industries, particularly in automotive.

She holds an MBA specializing in International Business and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from Oakland University, which is a testament to her diverse passion for both the qualitative and the quantitative. She brings a decade of experience in data and marketing analytics prior to TTEC Digital, as well as several AI certifications and proficiency across multiple CX technology platforms.

Heather is passionate about using data science and journey orchestration to create meaningful customer experiences that drive business results.
